  • How to Roll Out the Company Policy and Procedures Relating to the Employee Handbook
  • How to Explain the Employee's Legislative Responsibilities
  • How to Review the Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) Requirements for your Workplace
  • How to Review your Company Core Safety Responsibilities and Progressive Discipline Policy
  • Review of the Other Elements to be Reviewed with Employees, Following the Orientation Checklist

Learning Outcomes: 

  • Each Supervisor Conducting Employee Handbooks with the Employees with the Required Checklist and Discuss each Element listed on the Checklist to ensure the Employee Receives all Required Information. Supervisors will ensure that the Employee Completes the Sign Off Sheet and will Keep the Sign Off Sheet in Personnel File
  • This Element Provides Due Diligence to ensure that the Employee Receive his / her Initial Prior to Beginning to Work. Remember, you may want to Include a Buddy System, 100% Supervision, and any other Mechanism deemed Appropriate to ensure the Employee is able to Perform Job Functions in a Safe Manner
