Reminder of the "The deadline to file an accessibility compliance report by December 31, 2014."


What does this mean?

This is refering to the AODA (Accessibility for Ontario Disability Act) requiremnts.

You have to have a AODA Policy in Place - If you have not done so already, please complete the AODA template attached and we will ammend your policy manual by adding this policy and a feedback form into Section 10:00 of your manual.

Also, you are to complete training with all employees that work directly with your customers.  See our training calendars on our website The course you want to register for is AODA - Customer Service.  This course takes approximately 45 minutes.  Also, a manager from each workplace needs to take the AODA- Managment Course.

Once these two areas are completed, you have to go online to or click on this link provided below and report your progress online by completing the "File a Compliance Report"
